ALL CARGO WILL BE STORED OUTDOORS on our property unless alternate arrangements are requested in writing. Moosonee Transportation Ltd. shall be notified of any personal belongings shipped inside a vehicle, boat, ATV, etc. We will take all necessary steps to ensure your belongings remain safe, however we will not be held responsible for these items. All cargo handled, stored and carried by Moosonee Transportation Ltd. is at the SHIPPER’S,
OWNER’S or CONSIGNEE’S RISK OF DAMAGE / LOSS OR DELAY. If insurance is required, the Shipper, Owner or Consignee is responsible for insuring cargo at its full value against any damage / loss, or delay through their own insurance company. If cargo insurance is not purchased, you have accepted the risk of cargo damage / loss or delay. Moosonee Transportation Limited has no liability for any damage / loss or delay howsoever caused, even by negligence.
